Shipping Information

At AXES Studio, we carefully prepare and pack every order to make sure your products arrive safely and ready to become part of your coffee corner.

We currently ship to Germany and selected international destinations, with more countries being added as we expand our online shop.

As we transition from Etsy to our own shop and adapt to current shipping and packaging requirements, availability may vary by country. We’re working to make AXES Studio products available to more coffee lovers around the world as soon as possible.

Handling Time

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 3–7 business days.

We carefully check and pack every product before shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation including your tracking information.

Shipping Within Germany

We currently offer free shipping on all orders over 30€ within Germany. For orders under 30€ the shipphing costs are 6,19€.

All orders are shipped with DHL and include a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel from our studio to your doorstep.

Please note that delivery times are additional to our handling time.

Shipping to Other Countries

European Union

In addition to Germany, we currently offer shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Italy.

  • Belgium: 14,49€
  • Italy: 14,49€

Due to current EU packaging regulations and the associated requirements, shipping to some other EU countries is temporarily unavailable while we complete the necessary registrations and compliance processes.

We are working to add more EU destinations as soon as possible.

Other International Destinations

We currently also ship to the Republic of Korea and and Israel.

  • Israel: 22,49€

We are continuing to expand our international shipping options, and more destinations will be added over time.

Damaged or Missing Orders

Every order is packed with care. If your order arrives damaged, or if there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

For damaged items, please include clear photos of the product and the packaging so we can understand what happened and find the best solution for you.
